BIO: Pamela Mertz is a member of the Board of Directors of the NSA and serves as Special Projects Co-Chair. Pam helped develop the NSA’s innovative “We Stutter @ Work” initiative. She is both a national and international speaker on stuttering in the workplace and advocacy for women who stutter. She is a member of “50 Million Voices”, a global workplace initiative for people who stutter and is an immediate past Board member of the International Stuttering Association. She is a diversity and inclusion advocate and believes that talking openly about stuttering is the best way to educate those who don’t stutter.
