WHAT IS A MASTERMIND?
In Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill described a mastermind group as the coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people, who work toward a definite purpose, in the spirit of harmony.
HOW LONG ARE MEETINGS and WHAT IF I MISS A MEETING?
Meetings are 60 minutes.
We plan to record all meetings, so you won't "miss anything" as members can play-back the meeting recording anytime, anywhere.
HOW DO I ACCESS VIDEO-CONFERENCE
We will send you details. But all you need for now is this easy 1-2-3. (1) a smartphone, tablet or computer (with a camera) (2) internet connection (3) headphones with mic.
DO I HAVE TO PREPARE FOR MEETINGS?
Rule #1 for any meeting in life - preparation makes a difference. We do not require preparation, it is recommended for your maximal benefit.
WHAT IS THE MEETING FORMAT?
Meetings are hosted and led by Uri and/or Joy. Start with a “victory” from the previous week. Then two preselected members (per meeting) take a turn on the “hot-seat.” We wrap-up with “the one-thing” each of us will work on before the next meeting.
HOW LONG IS THE COMMITMENT?
We strive to find the balance between “enough time” but not “too much time.” We have found that a sprint of 6 months allows for real results while accounting for the predictable rhythm of work/life.
WHAT IS A "HOT-SEAT"?
This is opportunity for one member to present their specific dilemma or challenge to the group. Then the facilitator and the group provide rapid-fire feedback and suggestions. It’s likely that others share common challenges, and the sharing of problems and solutions contributes to the collective wisdom of the group.
(The “hot-seat” opportunities will rotate so everyone has opportunity.)
WHAT IF I WANT MORE AFTER 6 MONTHS?
Glad you asked! If this goes as planned, you will gain a lot from the group and you’ll recognize how much we have to offer. The mastermind will have a renewable option. Additionally, at anytime, you can pursue individual one-on-one coaching with Joy or Uri.
