    There are two ways you can begin your Online Appointment.

    1. Join via Email Appointment Reminder

    You will receive an Appointment Reminder email sent to you by your provider 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. You can join the video call up to 30 minutes ahead of your appointment start time if you want to take a moment to test your set up.

    2. Join via My Account

    Alternatively, you can access this same Begin button by visiting your clinic’s Jane site, using the Sign In or Sign Up button in the top right-hand corner, and logging into your account. This option is great if you don’t have access to the email the invite was sent to, but need to join the session.

Therapy Tips

  • Please record 3-5 video clips (2-3 minutes each) showing natural interactions with your child.

    Recording Tips: 

    We want to see authentic examples of your child's personality, language, and speech in everyday situations.

    • Keep it natural - avoid forced conversations or "interviews"

    • Include yourself in the frame when possible (prop your phone up so you're hands-free)

    • Choose simple settings like:

      • Interactive play or reading together

      • Snack time conversations

      • Games or dramatic play

      • Bedtime chats

  • Sharing Your Videos:

    1. Upload video clips to shared folder in Google Drive (or another cloud service)

    2. Add “name” to files. Use this format: [LastName] [FirstInitial] [Date] (example: SmithA 2.19.25)

    3. Share the folder / link with us

    4. Note specific moments you'd like us to focus on (example: "SmithA 2.19.25 at 1:22-1:56")

    5. Send an email to your therapist - with cient name in the subject line - to let them know you uploaded videos

  • We create and share a special Google Drive folder for you to upload relevant files (videos, recordings, documents, reports, IEP's).

Insurance Reimbursement

  • For superbills (special “invoice receipt” with medical coding required by out-of-network insurance providers):

    • Please contact your therapist by email

    • They will generate and send superbills to you. (Generally batch these 1x/month.)


    For appointment records and payment history:

    • Log in to “My Account”

    • Navigate to the "Billing" or "Documents" section

    • See payment receipts
