Annie was an exemplary woman, with graceful strength and courageous authenticity.

She was a public figure and personal role model.

She shared her husband, John Glenn’s public life as an astronaut and politician, as she also shared her personal journey as a woman who stutters. She was a role model and leader in so many areas of life.

Her presence will be missed, but her legacy will live on as an example of what one person can achieve, with humility, poise and openness.
