Playlist for Musical Self-Care

Musical self-therapy.

As humans, we are bigger than a pair of lips, beyond the spoken words.
We are living, breathing, feeling beings.
So if we want to be our best - in communication, relationships and life - we need to take care of ourselves, inside and out.

Many of us learn basic first-aid when we are young.
For a scrape, you wash the wound and cover it with a bandaid and ointment.

if only we would learn emotional first aid. To take care of the bruises and wounds we feel… And tend to our spirit as much as we plan work, meals and sleep.

We believe in the power of music.

These are just some of the songs we listen to, to stir emotion and lift us up.
Some bring-out tears other get our feet moving. Give yourself a moment to close your eyes and listen-in. the intrumental songs, speak for themselves. The lyrical ones are definitely word-worthy.
