Top 10 List - Stuttering Books

(UPDATED 1/21/21)

People often ask us for the best books we recommend on the topic of stuttering.  So we put together a list of books.

(If you prefer videos, see our documentaries, and best stuttering films.)

We hand-picked them, and we know and respect several of the authors - some of whom we count among our colleagues and friends.

Disclaimer: some of these books are LESS about “stuttering” and MORE about opening up the lived experience of people (who stutter.)  The challenges, the triumphs and transcendence.

While no single book is right for everyone, this list has something for everyone.
These pages are filled with insight, support and inspiration.

We also encourage you to go further… contact the authors, check-out the podcasts and tap-into the global stuttering community…

Of course, we'd be interested to hear from you as well (suggestions, feedback, etc.). Contact us.
